Great Neighborhood

The American Planning Association named Charles Village as one of the country's 10 "Great Neighborhoods" for 2008, citing its dedicated activist community, economic and social diversity, and memorable character. The award-winning community came together one Saturday in September for a Hopkins-sponsored block party, where residents and students met over food, fun, and games. [Photo by Will Kirk]
