Scenes from CultureFest
Last fall, the student-run CultureFest, an annual event at Homewood designed to recognize and promote understanding about various cultures from around the world, showcased student talent, featured international artwork and cuisine, and brought together the Homewood community in discussions about diversity and more. CultureFest 2004's theme was "The Whole World in our Hands," emphasizing the diversity of the Johns Hopkins community.
One of the highlights from the 10-day festival was the variety show, a CultureFest tradition, where students sang, danced, and otherwise entertained in ways that reflected a diversity of cultures.
Watch for CultureFest 2005 later this fall.
